Booking Policy

1Select the Itinerary or Call Us

Select from different types of popular itineraries listed on our website or call us for a custom-tailored package.

2Get a Quote

We will compile a comprehensive package including hotels, vehicles, ferry tickets, entry tickets, and other inclusions, and send it to you with an itemized quotation.

3Confirm and Make Payment

If you approve the package and quote, you can proceed with an advance payment. We will secure all reservations and issue an official confirmation voucher.

Required Documents for Booking:

Aadhar Card, Passport, or any government-approved photo ID soft copy. Alternatively, you can send us each traveler's full name, age, gender, and ID card number.

All payments must be made via our online secure payment gateway or bank transfer through our direct payment links shared via email, WhatsApp, or mobile.

Payment Milestones:

  • Bookings are confirmed only after a 50% advance payment is received 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Another 30% payment (totaling 80%) must be paid at least 20 days prior to the arrival date.
  • The remaining 20% balance payment must be settled at least 7 days before arrival.
  • Payment confirmation details should be sent to book@andamanbookings.com or WhatsApp at +91 9933279792 to process reservations.

4Ferry Offers

  • Minimum of 2 travelers required.
  • Applies to all 3 sectors: Port Blair to Havelock to Neil to Port Blair (Return).
  • Note: This offer is not applicable to Government ferry bookings.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Andaman Bookings believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore established a transparent, liberal cancellation policy.

Vendor Cancellations & Weather Conditions: Andaman Bookings is not responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, climatic fluctuations, or regulatory changes.

Accuracy of Traveler Details: Customers are requested to provide accurate information. If any disputes, penalties, fines, or additional expenses arise due to incorrect details supplied by the client (even if by mistake), Andaman Bookings will not bear any liability or extra costs.
