BOOKINGS  POLICY

1. SELECT THE ITINERARY OR CALL US

  • You can select from different types of popular itineraries listed on this website or call us for a customized itinerary

 

2. GET A QUOTE

  • We will create a package including hotels, vehicles, ferry tickets, entry tickets, etc., and send it to you with the quotation.

 

3. CONFIRM AND MAKE PAYMENT

  • If you like the package and quote, you can make advance payment and we will book everything and will send a confirmation voucher.

  • Required documents Aadhar /passport or any legal government identity soft copy or Just send us the traveller's name, age, sex and id number.

  • All the payments have to be made through an online payments gateway, or account transfer through our payments link which will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or mobile number.

  • All the bookings will be only confirmed after 50% of the payment is paid 30 days from the mentioned arrival date for andamanbookings.com as the mentioned amount in the quotation.

  • The payment details have to be mailed to book@andamanbookings.com / WhatsApp at +91 9933279792 and once we receive the amount we start with the reservation.

  • More than 30% payment has to be paid before 20 days of the arrival date send us the payment details, which is a total amount of 80% to be paid.

  • More than 20% of payments have to be paid before 7 days of arrival.

  • After full payments, we will issue the confirmation voucher in the client's name.

4. FERRY OFFERS

  • Minimum 2 person

  • All 3 sectors Port Blair to Havelock to Neil to Port Blair Return.

  • Not applied for the Government ferry. 

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Andaman Bookings believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Any Reservation cancelled before 30 days there will be no retention.

  • For any Reservation cancelled between 15 days to 30 days of arrival 50% retention will be charged.

  • For any Reservation cancelled between 7 days to 15 days of arrival 75%, retention will be charged.

  • Reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival 100% retention will be charged.

  • Andaman Bookings are not responsible for the cancellation of the services by the vendors due to climatic change or any reason.

  • Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information is provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, Andaman bookings will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.
